Below you will find a summary of the most important rental information. The binding wording is always stated in the rental agreement and on the relevant page.
We normally require at least two valid identity documents, for example an ID card and a driving licence.
The shortest rental period is 4 days. Rental fees are charged in 24-hour blocks.
After the agreed return time, a surcharge of 100 CZK for each commenced hour of delay is charged.
The vehicle must be returned clean and washed, in a condition comparable to when it was handed over. The fuel level upon return must not be lower than at pickup.
Travel abroad is possible only after prior agreement. The renter must arrange roadside assistance / insurance including towing back to the Czech Republic.
The deposit and estimated rental fee are paid upon vehicle pickup. The insurance deductible is usually 10%, with a minimum of 10,000 CZK.
Stop immediately, secure the scene, call the police, take photo documentation and contact the car rental company as soon as possible.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicles. Animals are not allowed unless expressly agreed otherwise in advance.
All fines and penalties for traffic offences incurred during the rental period are paid by the renter.
After prior agreement, it is possible to return the vehicle at another branch, possibly for an additional fee.
We offer modern passenger cars, automatics, SUVs and minibuses. Vehicles are regularly serviced, clean and ready for the road.

Yes, after prior arrangement it is possible to pick up or return the vehicle outside standard opening hours.
We usually accept cash. Depending on current options, bank transfer may also be possible by arrangement.
